How do I place an order?

1. Browse through our shop or collections to explore the products that you are interested in. Each item provides detailed information including sizes, descriptions, and prices.

2. Once you've found an item you like, simply add it to your basket. From there, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

3. Ready to finalise your order? You can choose to register for an account or checkout as a guest.

4. Select your preferred delivery method during the checkout process.

5. Choose from our accepted payment methods.

6. Review and confirm your order before proceeding with the payment.

7. You'll receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order.

Which methods of payments do you accept?

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards, such as Mastercard, VISA, and American Express.

What are the benefits of setting up an account with your website?

While it is not mandatory to open an account, registering provides convenience for future purchases such as a fast checkout. Members can also stay up to date with all the latest news and offers from Faithful Abayas and create a Wishlist. You can sign up during checkout or beforehand by clicking on "Login/Register”.

How do I use discount codes?

Enter your discount code in the designated field on the Shopping Cart page before proceeding to checkout. Please ensure accuracy, as codes cannot be manually applied after checkout.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

​

Once your order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email. Orders are processed upon payment approval and address verification. Registered users can also check order status in "My Account."

Delivery and Shipping:

What is the dispatch time?

​

Orders typically require one working day for processing, barring any address issues.

Does Faithful Abayas ship worldwide?

 

Yes, we ship globally.

What are the delivery times?

​

For UK orders, delivery varies from 2-3 working days for Royal Mail second class to 1-2 working days for Royal Mail first class. International orders typically arrive within 7 days for in-stock items and 20 working days for pre-orders.

What are the shipping rates?

​

UK orders for Abayas include free second-class delivery, with options for first-class delivery at £4. Accessories have shipping rates starting at £2 for second-class and £4 for first-class.

Can I track my order?

​

Track your order via the provided link in your dispatch email. Contact us for further assistance.

What are the custom fees?

​

Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer for orders outside the UK and determined by destination countries.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:

Can my order be cancelled?

​

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for more information.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

​

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds once orders are placed. However, exchanges are available for clothing within 14 days of purchase. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

Can I get a refund for shipping fees?

​

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees for exchanges.

What is my size? 

 

Picking the right size can be tricky, therefore we have made a size guide for you to refer to which can be found under the "Information" section in the menu bar.

When are restocks?

​

Once an item is sold out, it may be discontinued or brought back at a later date. For more information, contact us using our contact form or dm us on Instagram. 

 

How do find out the details of a product? 

 

Once you enter the product page, each item has its own ‘product details’ section which you can see a specific description.

Are products accurate to their product picture? 

​

While colours may vary slightly due to lighting, our quality control ensures close resemblance to images. Follow our social media for more product visuals.
